KDS diesel engine centrifugal pump set is designed by skillfully combining the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and ISW type pipeline pump on the basis of general horizontal pipeline pump. The shaft seal of this product is made of carbide mechanical seal device. This series of products have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance. It meets the latest JB/T53058-93 standard requirements of the Ministry of Machinery and is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. It is used for transporting clear water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water, and the temperature is not higher than 80 C.
Conditions of use:
1) The ambient temperature is less than 50 (?) and the medium temperature is less than 80 (?)
2) The medium weight should not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
3) the liquid level must be higher than the water inlet of the pump. No idling without liquid is allowed.
When centrifugal pump works, depending on high-speed rotating impeller, the liquid obtains energy under the action of inertial centrifugal force to improve the pressure. Before centrifugal pump works, the pump body and the inlet pipeline must be filled with liquid medium to prevent cavitation. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blade impels the medium to rotate quickly, and the rotating medium flies out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. When the water in the pump is thrown out, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum area. On the one hand, the liquid is continuously inhaled, while on the other hand, the inhaled liquid is continuously given a certain amount of energy, and the liquid is discharged. Centrifugal pumps work so continuously.
