A product overview

The I-1B series stainless steel thick slurry pump is a single-screw volumetric rotary pump. The pump uses the rotation of the eccentric single-screw screw in the double spiral bushing to make the thick slurry move along the spiral groove from the suction port to the discharge port to realize the pump. Conveying function. The transmission parts of the stainless steel thick slurry pump and the pump casing that contacts the slurry are made of stainless steel and can be used for the transportation of food, pharmaceutical and corrosive slurries. Rubber bushings are available in general wear-resistant rubber, rubber for food and oil resistant rubber. The transmission mode has direct drive between the motor and the pump shaft. The motor is directly driven by the reducer and the pump, and the motor is driven by the V-belt pulley and the pump shaft. The motor is equipped with general enclosed, explosion-proof and electromagnetic speed control motors.

1 .  It can transport high concentration and high viscosity < 10000PaS and suspended slurry containing particles.

2 . The self-priming ability is strong, and the liquid can be directly sucked without the bottom valve.

3 .  The discharge pressure is independent of the speed  , and the low flow rate also maintains a high discharge pressure.

4 .  The flow rate is proportional to the speed, and the flow rate can be adjusted by the shifting mechanism or the speed regulating motor.

5. The conveying liquid flow is stable, no overcurrent, pulsation and stirring, shearing slurry phenomenon. 

6 .  The pump can be reversed and the flow of the liquid changes by the direction of rotation of the pump. It is suitable for applications where the pipe needs to be flushed in the opposite direction.

7 .  Smooth operation, vibration and low noise.

8 .  The structure is simple, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient.

Stainless steel thick slurry pumps are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, paper, food and other units.

Type I-1BB : shell casting, transmission parts (spindle, screw and winding shaft) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for general neutral thick slurry conveying, generally micro acid, alkali slurry conveying.

Type I-1BF : The transmission parts and the pump casing that contact the slurry are made of stainless steel and are suitable for the transportation of food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive slurries.

Rubber bushings are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food rubber and oil resistant rubber.

The transmission mode has direct drive between the motor and the pump shaft. The motor is directly driven by the reducer and the pump and the motor is driven by the V-belt pulley and the pump shaft.

The motor is equipped with a general closed type, explosion-proof type and electromagnetic speed-regulating motor with a stepless speed changer. The gear reducer is available for purchase.
